Remembrance Teams

Our Team Fundraising component brings more of the community together.

When you register for our 5k or Remembrance Walk, you’ll see the ability to create or join a team. Get your friends, small group, church family, coworkers, or relatives together to run, walk or financially support your team! There will be prizes for the largest team and the top fundraising team! Here’s and example of what a team page can look like on Runsignup.

How it works

During registration, select “Create a Team” and it will prompt you to assign a name and set up your team fundraising page.

Ask people to join the team

Ask others to join!

As you spread the word, ask others to register with you and join your team.

As you grow your team and fundraising amount, you’ll win prizes along the way! Some prizes include swag with your team name and the ability to name a grant for the families who apply to have their medical bills covered through our Grant Program.

Team Winners

The team with the most members (minimum of 20 participants) will win a Happy Hour on us in the Spring!

The team that raises the most money will be able to name one of our grants that goes to a future bereaved family.

Get sponsors

Pro Tip: Get a Team Sponsor

This is totally optional, but if you are connected to a business, have them become a sponsor of your team and they will get the perks of our sponsorships, while increasing your team’s fundraising amount!
