Hannah & James' Mom. Brittany works with her husband, Theo, to oversee the ins and outs of the race, the marketing and registration.


Theo Facinoli


Hannah & James' Dad. Theo had the original vision of the race and becoming a non-profit. He manages corporate sponsorships, donors, and oversees the race.


Becca Blankenship

Budget + Bookkeeping

Becca manages the funds for Out of the Ashes, including race expenses, sponsorships and donations. She also keeps the books for the non-profit.


Anna Jones

Neighborhood Representative

Anna lives in the neighborhood where the race takes place each year. She organizes and manages the volunteers and setup along the route.


Laura Gardner

Sponsorship Liaison

Laura works with Theo to bring on corporate sponsors and partners with the non-profit. She also helps manage race-day registration and information.


Michelle Gustavson

Virtual Race Coordinator

Michelle organizes and manages the packets for our virtual runners. She also helps manage the registration table on race day.


Becky Creswell

Social Media

Becky helps to get the word out about the happenings with our organization and events on our social media platforms.


Kaitlyn Heads

Silent Auction Coordinator

Kaitlyn is overseeing our Silent Auction, and will be the point of contact for donors and bidders during race week!
